What is the Computify Marketplace?
Computify.in Marketplace is a platform where people all over India can list their used PC parts — GPUs, CPUs, RAM, SSDs, and more. Buyers get verified, tested hardware and sellers get fair prices with a smooth, secure process.
How does selling work?
Fill out our listing form with product details, clear photos, and a stress test or working video. We list it live on our site. When a buyer places an order, we arrange a free doorstep pickup, test the product at our facility (for GPUs and items above ₹10,000), and ship it to the buyer. You get paid the agreed amount minus our 15% platform fee.

How much is the platform fee?
We charge a 15% platform fee on each sale. This covers testing, payment security, logistics coordination, and running the marketplace.
Do I need to pay for pickup?
No, pickup is completely free. Once your product sells, we schedule a doorstep pickup via our trusted courier partners. Just pack it securely and hand it over.
When will I get paid?
Payout is sent to your UPI or bank account within 24–48 hours of us testing your product (for items that come to our facility), or within 24–48 hours of buyer delivery confirmation (for direct-ship items).
How long does it take to sell?
There's no fixed timeline — it depends on demand, pricing, and condition. Some parts sell within days, others may take a few weeks. Good photos, a clear stress test video, and fair pricing help it sell faster. The full process from listing to payout typically takes 7–14 days.
Can I sell a full PC build?
No, we don't list full PC builds — shipping a cabinet has a high risk of damage in transit. You're welcome to list all individual parts except the cabinet.
Can I sell a non-working product?
No. We only accept fully working products. Every item is tested before it ships to the buyer.
What if I sell my product elsewhere after listing?
Please inform us immediately so we can remove your listing from the marketplace.
Do you buy parts directly from me?
No, Computify.in is a marketplace — we connect you with buyers and handle pickup, testing, and delivery. You get paid after your part is sold and verified, not upfront.
How should I pack my product?
Use bubble wrap and the original box if you have it. If not, wrap the product fully in bubble wrap or foam, place it in a sturdy box, fill any gaps with newspaper so nothing moves, and seal it well with tape. Good packing prevents transit damage.
Will I get a receipt for my sale?
Yes, you'll receive a receipt with your name, address, email, and the amount your product sold for.

Buying on Computify Marketplace
How testing works: All GPUs (any price) and all non-GPU items above ₹10,000 are picked up and fully stress tested at our warehouse before shipping to you. Items under ₹10,000 (non-GPU) may ship directly from the seller.
Are products tested before I receive them?
All graphics cards (regardless of price) and all non-GPU items priced above ₹10,000 are brought to our warehouse for a full stress test before shipping. For lower-value non-GPU items, the product may ship directly from the seller to you.
Are the graphics cards used for mining?
We source GPUs from individual sellers across India, so we can't always confirm exact usage history. However, every GPU is fully stress tested before shipping. You're also covered under our 30-day marketplace warranty.
Do you repaste the thermal paste on graphics cards?
During testing, if a GPU shows high temperatures or overheating, we clean it and apply fresh high-quality thermal paste (Arctic MX-4). If you'd prefer we don't repaste, just let us know and we'll confirm with you first.
What if I receive a faulty product?
You're covered under our 30-day marketplace warranty. Contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll arrange a return, replacement if possible, or a full refund.
How long does delivery take?
Once you place an order, we pick up the product, test it (if applicable), and ship it to you. This typically takes 7–10 days end to end.
Is Cash on Delivery available?
No, we currently do not offer Cash on Delivery. All orders must be paid online at the time of purchase.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order if it hasn't been picked up or shipped yet. Once it's in transit, cancellation isn't possible. Reach out to us on WhatsApp and we'll help you out.
Will I get a GST bill?
For second-hand goods, GST is not charged and input credit cannot be claimed. You will receive a purchase invoice from us for your records.
Can I pick up my order in person?
No, we don't offer in-person pickups. All orders are shipped to your doorstep after testing and inspection.

Graphics Cards (GPUs)
What condition are the graphics cards in?
All GPUs sold by Computify.in are second-hand or refurbished. Each one is carefully tested, cleaned, and stress tested to meet our performance standards before shipping.
Were the GPUs used for mining?
We source GPUs from individual sellers across India, so we can't always confirm usage history. Every GPU goes through a complete stress test — only cards that pass our tests are listed.
What warranty do graphics cards come with?
Every GPU comes with a 30-day warranty from Computify.in. If a card has remaining brand warranty, you can also claim that directly at the brand's service centre.
How long does GPU delivery take?
Typically 3–5 days after your order is placed.
Processors (CPUs)
What condition are the CPUs in?
All processors are second-hand but thoroughly tested and verified. We check physical condition, pins, and performance benchmarks before listing.
What warranty do CPUs come with?
Every processor comes with a 3-year warranty from Computify.in, covering functional issues during normal use.
How long does CPU delivery take?
Typically 3–5 days after dispatch.
Mini PCs
What condition are the Mini PCs in?
Mini PCs are second-hand units professionally cleaned, tested, and refurbished. They may have minor cosmetic signs of use like small scratches, but perform reliably.
What warranty do Mini PCs come with?
Mini PCs come with a 5-year warranty on the full unit — including SSD, RAM, processor, and power adaptor. Physical damage, liquid damage, and burn damage are not covered. If you face any covered issue, we provide free doorstep pickup and replacement.
General — All Products
Can I return a product if I change my mind?
Returns are only accepted if you receive the wrong product, a dead-on-arrival item, or a faulty product. We do not accept returns for change of mind.
Will I get a GST invoice?
You'll receive a purchase invoice from Computify.in with every order. Since these are second-hand products, GST input credit cannot be claimed.
Is Cash on Delivery available?
No, we currently do not offer Cash on Delivery. All orders are prepaid online.

Which courier partners do you use?
We ship through Delhivery, DTDC, Trackon, Bluedart, Amazon Shipping, EKART Logistics, and Shadowfax to ensure your order reaches you safely and on time across India.

Typically 7–10 days end to end — this includes seller pickup, testing at our facility (if applicable), and delivery to your door.
Do you ship pan-India?
Yes, we deliver to all major cities and towns across India through our trusted courier network.

Can I claim brand warranty on a used product?
Some parts may still have remaining manufacturer warranty. You can claim this directly at the brand's service centre. Our warranty applies to all products regardless.
Returns & Replacement
What is your return and replacement policy?
All marketplace products come with a 30-day replacement window from the date of delivery. If your product is faulty, received damaged, or dead on arrival, we will replace it. No refunds or replacements are offered after 30 days once the warranty period has ended.

How do I claim a replacement?

Are Mini PC and Processor purchases refundable?
No refunds are offered on Mini PCs or Processors sold directly by Computify after the 30-day warranty window. Replacements may still be offered during the extended warranty period if the product is faulty under normal use (excluding physical, liquid, or burn damage).
Cancellations & Refunds
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order before it has been picked up or shipped. Once the product is in transit, cancellation is not possible. Please reach out to us on WhatsApp as soon as possible if you wish to cancel.
What happens if the product is unavailable?
If the seller sold the product offline, the item fails quality testing, or any other issue prevents us from fulfilling your order, we will try to arrange a similar product for you. If you prefer not to wait for an alternative, we will cancel your order and issue a full refund. We reserve the right to cancel your order if the product is no longer available.
How long does a refund take?
Refunds are processed directly to your original payment source (UPI, card, net banking, etc.) within 24–48 working hours of the cancellation or return being approved. The time for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank.
Where will my refund be sent?
Refunds are processed back to the original payment source — the same UPI ID, card, or bank account used at the time of purchase. We do not issue refunds to a different account.
Are there any no-refund situations?
Yes. No refunds are offered in the following cases:
• After 30 days from delivery once the warranty has expired
